Monterey Chile Dip

Ingredients

2 pounds Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1/4 cup flour
1 can beer
1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1/2 cup mild green chiles
1/2 cup garlic salt
Tortilla chips

Directions

In a large saucepan, bring beer to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer and add flour, whisking to combine. Slowly add cheese, stirring constantly until cheese melts. Stir in cilantro and chiles and heat until thickened. Stir in garlic salt.

Suggestions

Serve with tortilla chips. Serves six.
