Sausage Stars
Donna Smith
Ingredients
1 (1 pound) roll Jimmie Dean sausage, crumbled, cooked and drained well
1 1/2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cups grated Monterey Jack cheese
1 cup prepared Hidden Valley Ranch Original Dressing Mix
1 can (2.25 ounces) sliced black olives
1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
1 package fresh or frozen won ton wrappers
Vegetable cooking spray
Directions
Spray muffin tins with the cooking spray. Press one won ton wrapper into each tin to make a "cup." Spray lightly with cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees F about five minutes or until golden brown. (You can make these a day ahead of time and store in a plastic zipper bag.)
Combine the cooked sausage, cheeses, prepared dressing, olives and red pepper. Mix well. Place the prepared won ton wrappers on a cookie sheet. Fill with the sausage mixture. Bake at 350 degrees F until hot and bubbly. Serve.
