Ingredients
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1 package Italian salad dressing mix
2 tablespoons finely chopped green pepper
1/2 cup finely chopped shrimp
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Directions
Blend cheese with remainder of ingredients. Chill at least one hour before serving.
Makes 1 2/3 cup.
Suggestions
Serve with crackers, tortilla chips, Melba toast, etc.
