Baked Acorn Squash with Applesauce Puree
Ingredients
2 small acorn squash
2 tablespoons applesauce
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
Cut each squash into halves and scoop out the seeds. Divide the applesauce and cinnamon among the four halves and cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 375 degrees F for about one hour. Remove and cool. Remove flesh and puree until smooth.
