Butternut Squash Puree


Ingredients

1 1/4 pounds butternut squash, about 3 cups

Directions

Cut squash into chunks and remove seeds. Place cut side down in a baking pan. Add a small amount of water to the bottom and bake at 375 degrees F for about one hour, or until tender. Remove and cool. Scoop out fresh and puree alone or with formula, breast milk or water until you get the right consistency for your baby.
