Homemade Chicken Stew

Dad of the Month Matt Hoover shares a favorite recipe.
Ingredients
2 chicken breasts
1 sweet potato, peeled and cut into chunks
1 bag frozen peas
1 package frozen spinach
2 carrots
1 to 2 cups uncooked brown rice
Directions
Put all ingredients in a Crock Pot and fill with water until they're covered. Allow to cook for three to five hours until veggies are soft and chicken is fully cooked. Cool and puree.
