| Soybean Delight |

1 cup dry soybeans
3 cups water Formula, milk or breast milk |

Soak the soybeans in water overnight. Drain. Combine the soybeans and 3 cups
water in a large pot. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low and simmer for
about two hours. Place in a blender and puree until smooth, adding formula,
breast milk or milk to get desired consistency.

For older babies, stir 1/4 cup shredded soy cheese into hot soybeans. Let
cool. Babies who have teeth and are chewing well would also enjoy snacking
on the soybeans without pureeing. Watch Baby carefully to avoid choking.
