Buttery Muffins

A great snack anytime!

1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1 stick butter or margarine, softened
1 cup self-rising flour

Cream together the cream cheese and butter. Add the flour. Fill greased muffin tins about 3/4 full and bake at 400 degrees F for about 15 minutes.

Serve with your favorite jam or jelly on the side.
