Foccacia Bread

Ingredients
Refrigerated pizza dough
2 Roma tomatoes, sliced
4 ounces Monterey jack cheese, shredded
4 ounces Parmesano-Reggiano cheese, shredded
1 teaspoon oregano
1 garlic clove, crushed
Directions
Roll pizza dough out on a cookie sheet or baking stone. Spread crushed garlic over pizza dough, then sprinkle dough with the oregano. Add shredded Monterey Jack cheese, then Parmesano-Reggiano cheese. Place sliced tomatoes over pizza dough, as many as you like to cover the pizza.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.
