Italian Spinach Bread
Ingredients
1 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
1 package (10 ounces) chopped spinach, thawed
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon oregano
Directions
Let the bread loaf rise until it doubles in size. Roll out into a 16-inch circle.
Combine the spinach, olive oil, garlic salt and oregano. Spread the mixture on the dough, leaving 1 inch around the edges. Roll up and seal the edges. Place cut side down on a cookie sheet and shape into a ring. With a sharp knife, score the top every 2 inches.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 50 to 55 minutes, or until golden brown. Cool slightly before serving.
