Monkey Bread
This makes a yummy breakfast and is easy to bake the night before.
Ingredients
2 can 10-count buttermilk biscuits
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons cinnamon
1/2 cup butter
Directions
Mix sugar and cinnamon in bowl. Cut each biscuit into fourths, rolling each piece in the cinnamon and sugar mixture. Drop coated pieces into greased bundt pan. When all biscuit pieces are in the pan, melt butter and add to it the remaining cinnamon and sugar mixture. Spoon over top of layered biscuits.
Bake at 350 F for 35 minutes.
Suggestions
This bread is not meant to be sliced. Just pull off the bite-sized pieces and enjoy!
