Snacktime Pumpkin Muffins

Ingredients
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/4 cups sugar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup applesauce
1 can (15 ounces) pumpkin pie filling
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
In a bowl, combine the eggs and sugar. Mix in the oil and applesauce. Add the pumpkin filling and mix thoroughly.
In a separate bowl, combine the dry ingredients. Add to the wet ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Pour into a greased muffin tray. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until the toothpick comes out clean.
