| Garlic Cheddar Biscuits |

2 cups biscuit mix
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese 2/3 cup milk 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 2 tablespoons margarine, melted 2 teaspoons dried parsley |

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Stir biscuit mix, milk, cheese and 1/2
teaspoon garlic powder together. Drop by heaping tablespoons onto a greased
cookie sheet. Bake for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, combine melted margarine, remaining 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder and salt. Brush biscuits with melted margarine mixture and bake for an additional five minutes. Serve. |
