Spinach and Cheese Bread by Donna Smith
Almost a meal in itself!
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
8 ounces shredded Swiss or havarti cheese
1 package frozen creamed spinach, thawed
Garlic powder, to taste
1 French baguette
directions
Make a 1-inch "V" cut into the top of the French baguette, and remove bread to make a small "trench." Set aside.

Combine the cream cheese, Swiss or havarti cheese, thawed creamed spinach and garlic powder to taste. Beat well. Fill the "trench" in the bread with the mixture. Wrap in foil and bake at 350 degrees F about 10 minutes.
