Tomato Cheese Bread
1 1-pound loaf French bread, cut in half lengthwise and toasted
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
2 cups chopped, seeded tomato
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
directions
Place the bread, cut side up, on a cookie sheet.

In a bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic and Italian seasoning. Drizzle the mixture over the bread. Sprinkle with the chopped tomatoes and cheese.

Bake at 400 degrees F for 15 minutes or until top is melted and bubbly.
