Asparagus and Ham Quiche
Ingredients
1/2 pound fresh asparagus, cut into 1-inch pieces, or 1 package (10 ounces) frozen cut asparagus, thawed
1/2 pound baked ham, chopped
1 cups shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
3 eggs
1 cups milk
3/4 cup biscuit baking mix
Pepper, to taste
Directions
Layer the asparagus, ham and onion in the bottom of a pie plate. Set aside.
In a bowl, combine the cheese, eggs, milk, baking mix and pepper. Pour over the asparagus, ham and onion. Bake at 375 degrees F about 30 minutes, or until a knife inserted into the middle comes out clean.
