Baked Ham and Peaches
Ingredients
1 pound sliced ham, about 1/4-inch thick
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1 cup soft breadcrumbs
3 tablespoons margarine
1 can (16 ounces) peaches, drained
1/4 cup honey
Directions
Heat margarine in a skillet. Combine the egg and milk. Dip the ham steaks into the egg mixture and then into the breadcrumbs. Cook the ham steaks until browned on both sides.
Place in a shallow baking dish. Top with the drained peaches. Drizzle with the honey.
Bake at 450 degrees F about 10 minutes.
Suggestions
Serve with biscuits and fresh orange juice.
