Basic Crepe Batter
Ingredients
3 eggs
1/4 cups flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1 1/4 cups milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon butter, melted
Directions
In a bowl, beat the eggs. Gradually add the milk and flour, beating until smooth. Stir in the salt, sugar and melted butter. Cover and chill one hour before preparing crepes.
To cook crepes, lightly grease a small frying pan or crepe pan. Heat pan, then pour in about 3 tablespoons of the batter. Brown lightly on both sides.
Suggestions
Serve plain or with your favorite filling.
