Egg Souffle
Ingredients
9 eggs
3 cups skim milk
9 slices Challah bread
2 to 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 1/2 sticks margarine, melted
Directions
Grease a 3-quart casserole. Set aside.
Beat the eggs, milk and a pinch of salt together. Layer the bread, eggs, milk and cheese. Keep layering until you use all the ingredients. Pour melted margarine over the top.
Bake at 350 degrees F about one hour.
Suggestions
You can cover and refrigerate overnight and cook the next day.
