Heart-healthy Bran Breakfast Trifle


Ingredients

6 crumbled low-fat bran muffins
8 cups fresh fruit, cut into bite-sized pieces
4 cups of your favorite flavored non-fat yogurt

Directions

Place a third of the crumbled muffins in a trifle bowl. Top with a third of the fruit and yogurt. Continue layers. Cover and refrigerate four hours or overnight.
