| 1 pound Jimmy Dean maple-flavored sausage, browned, drained and crumbled 4 eggs 3/4 cup milk 2 cups Monterey Jack cheese (or your preference) 1 tube refrigerated crescent rolls |
| Line the bottom of 9x13-inch casserole dish with the crescent rolls (press
seams together). Top with browned sausage and then top with cheese. Combine the eggs and milk. Pour
over the top. Bake, uncovered, for 15 minutes at 425 degrees F or until golden brown (you can put it together the night before and bake in the morning). Cool for five minutes before serving. |
