| 2 cups flour 2 tablespoons sugar 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon salt 3 eggs 2 1/2 cups buttermilk (or enough to make it runny) 2 tablespoons oil 2 apples, peeled and grated |
| Mix dry ingredients. Beat eggs and mix with wet ingredients. Fold dry ingredients into wet. Add apples. Fry in a skillet. | ||
| Serves four to six people (or trolls). |
