Apple and Banana Farina

Serves two.

1 cup water
1 cup low-fat milk
6 tablespoons farina
1 cup applesauce
Dash of cinnamon
1/2 cup chopped, fresh banana
directions
Bring the water and milk to a boil. Add farina and cook, stirring constantly, one to two minutes. Remove from heat and allow it to stand for one minute. Stir in the applesauce and cinnamon. Gently fold in the banana. Serve.
