Baked Ham and Peaches



1 pound sliced ham, about ¼-inch thick
1 egg
½ cup milk
1 cup soft breadcrumbs
3 tablespoons margarine
1 can (16 ounces) peaches, drained
¼ cup honey
directions
Heat margarine in a skillet. Combine the egg and milk. Dip the ham steaks into the egg mixture and then into the breadcrumbs. Cook the ham steaks until browned on both sides. Place in a shallow baking dish. Top with the drained peaches. Drizzle with the honey. Bake at 450 degrees F about 10 minutes.
