Sweetened Grains Cereal
4 cups rolled oats
2 1/2 cups raw wheat germ
1 cup unsweetened coconut
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 cup honey
1/3 cup salad oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
directions
Combine the dry ingredients in a large, shallow baking pan. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.

Bake at 325 degrees F for about 20 minutes, stirring often. Remove and cool.

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

suggestions
Variations: Add nuts or sunflower seeds before baking. Stir in raisins or other dried fruit after baking.
