Yogurt-Pecan Waffles

1 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder ½ teaspoon baking soda ¼ teaspoon salt 1 cup yogurt 1 egg 2 tablespoons butter, melted ½ teaspoon cinnamon ¼ cup chopped pecans |

Combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Add yogurt, egg and melted butter. Beat well. Fold in chopped nuts.
Spray an 8-inch waffle iron with vegetable cooking spray. Pour about 1 cup of batter into waffle iron. Cook 3-5 minutes, or until lightly browned. |

Serve with maple syrup or additional yogurt and chopped nuts.
