Chinese Noodle Cookies

Recipes just don't get much easier than this one.
Ingredients
1 package (12 ounces) semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 package (12 ounces) butterscotch chips
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 can chow mein noodles
1 cup chopped peanuts
Directions
In a large saucepan, melt the chocolate chips and butterscotch chips together. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla, chow mein noodles and peanuts. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto wax paper. Allow to cool. Enjoy!
