Five-Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies
Victoria Miller
Ingredients
1 yellow cake mix (chocolate is pretty good, too)
1 cup peanut butter
1 stick margarine or butter (vegetable oil works too, but you have to also add 1 teaspoon salt)
1 egg
1 tablespoon water
Directions
Blend all ingredients together. Form dough into balls and place balls on baking sheet. Mash with a fork.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes. Cool three minutes before removing from baking sheet and place them on wax paper.
