California Vegetable Casserole
A quick side dish that cooks in your Crock Pot!
Ingredients
1 package (16 ounces) California-style vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower and carrots)
1 can (10 ounces) cream of mushroom soup
1 cup Minute Rice
6 ounces processed cheese loaf
2/3 cup milk
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup instant white rice
1/4 cup water
2 tablespoons margarine, cut up
Directions
Put the vegetables in a Crock Pot. Combine the remaining ingredients and pour over vegetables. Cover and cook on low heat for four to five hours. Stir. Serve.
