Easy Meatball Soup
Ingredients
1 bag (16 ounces) frozen, cooked meatballs
1 small onion, chopped
2 cans (14 ounces) beef broth
1 cup water
1 bag (16 ounces) stewed vegetables or mixed vegetables
Directions
Combine everything except frozen vegetables in a Crock Pot. Cover and cook on low heat for nine to 10 hours. About one hour before serving, stir in the frozen vegetables.
