Carnitas
2 pounds pork butt roast
4 garlic cloves
1 fresh jalapeño pepper, chopped
1 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
1 can beer
Flour tortillas, warmed
Toppings: chopped tomatoes, chopped onions, shredded cheese, sour cream, additional chopped cilantro
directions
Place the roast in a Crock Pot. Add the garlic, jalapeño, cilantro and beer. Season with salt and pepper.

Cook on high heat for six to eight hours. Remove the meat and shred.
