| Mixed-Up Lasagna |
| Lasagna cooked in your Crock Pot! |
| 1 package (10 ounces) lasagna noodles 1 pound lean ground beef ½ pound Italian sausage, cut into pieces 1 onion, chopped 3 cups mozzarella cheese 1 container (15 ounces) ricotta cheese 2 teaspoons fresh parsley 1 jar of your favorite spaghetti sauce ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese |
| Break the noodles into pieces. Cook
noodles according to package directions. Drain. Brown the ground beef and
sausage together. Drain. Lightly grease the Crock Pot. Add all the ingredients except Parmesan to the Crock Pot. Stir. Top with the grated Parmesan cheese. Cover and cook on low for 7-9 hours. |
