| California Vegetable Casserole |
| A quick side dish that cooks in your Crock Pot! |
| 1 package (16 ounces) California-style vegetables (broccoli,
cauliflower and carrots) 1 can (10 ounces) cream of mushroom soup 1 cup Minute Rice 6 ounces processed cheese loaf 2/3 cup milk ½ cup chopped onion 1 cup instant white rice 1/4 cup water 2 tablespoons margarine, cut up |
| Put the vegetables in a Crock Pot. Combine
the remaining ingredients and pour over vegetables. Cover and cook on low heat
for 4-5 hours. Stir. Serve. |
