| Apricot Nectar Cake |
| 1 package yellow cake mix 4 eggs 3/4 cup oil 3/4 cup apricot nectar 1/3 cup hot water 2 cups powdered sugar 6 tablespoons lemon juice 1 small package (3 ounces) lemon-flavored gelatin |
| Dissolve the lemon gelatin in the hot water. Set
aside. Combine the cake mix, eggs, oil and apricot nectar. Add the lemon mixture. Mix well and pour into a greased Bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees F about 45 minutes, or until done. Invert the cake onto a serving platter and let cool about 5 minutes. While cake is cooling, combine the powdered sugar and lemon juice. Pour over warm cake. |
