Apricot Nectar Cake


1 package yellow cake mix
4 eggs
3/4 cup oil
3/4 cup apricot nectar
1/3 cup hot water
2 cups powdered sugar
6 tablespoons lemon juice
1 small package (3 ounces) lemon-flavored gelatin

directions
Dissolve the lemon gelatin in the hot water. Set aside.

Combine the cake mix, eggs, oil and apricot nectar. Add the lemon mixture. Mix well and pour into a greased Bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees F about 45 minutes, or until done. Invert the cake onto a serving platter and let cool about 5 minutes.

While cake is cooling, combine the powdered sugar and lemon juice. Pour over warm cake.
