| Bailey’s Irish Crème Bars |
| 1 package yellow cake mix 3 eggs 2/3 cup Bailey's Irish Crème 1/3 cup oil 1 can cream cheese frosting 1 package white chocolate chips 1/4 cup Bailey's Irish Crème |
| Lightly coat a 13x9-inch baking pan with
vegetable cooking spray. Set aside. Combine the cake mix, eggs, 2/3 cup Bailey’s Irish Crème and oil. Mix well. Reserve ½ cup of this mixture. Pour the remaining batter in the prepared pan. In a small bowl, stir together the cream cheese frosting, white chocolate chips, ¼ cup Bailey’s Irish Crème, and reserved cake mixture. Drop by heaping spoonfuls over the cake batter. Swirl with fork. Bake at 350 degrees F for 25-30 minutes. Cool, then cut into squares. |
