Blueberry Sherbet
Ingredients
4 cups fresh blueberries
3/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup purple grape juice
1/3 cup cold water
1 container (8 ounces) blueberry yogurt
Directions
Combine the blueberries, sugar, grape juice and water in a saucepan. Bring to boil and cook three to four minutes. Let the mixture cool.
Put the blueberry mixture and yogurt into a blender or food processor. Pulse until smooth. Pour into an ice cream maker and follow manufacturer's directions.
