Brown Sugar Pie
Ingredients
2 cups brown sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 tablespoon flour
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 tablespoon melted butter
Pie dough for a 2-crust pie
Directions
Combine the brown sugar, egg, flour, milk and melted butter in a bowl. Mix well. Pour into the pie shell. Top with the other crust, being sure to seal the edges. Cut a slit in the top for the steam to escape. Bake at 400 degrees F for 25 to 28 minutes. Remove and let cool slightly.
