| Campfire Bananas |
| 4 bananas ½ cup chocolate chips ½ cup miniature marshmallows |
| Cut a slit in each banana lengthwise, making sure not
to cut through to the other side. Open the banana up slightly, then stuff with
some of the marshmallows and chocolate chips. Wrap each banana tightly in a
piece of aluminum foil and place on a baking sheet. Bake at 300 degrees F for 5
to 7 minutes. Let cool slightly, then serve. If cooking outdoors, place the wrapped bananas on a grill. Cook, turning occasionally, until hot. |

| Kids will love scooping out the warm
banana with a spoon! |
