| Charcoal Bananas by Donna K. Hovis |
| A take off from Bananas Foster! |
| 6 bananas, sliced Half stick butter 1 cup brown sugar Disposable pie pan Ice cream |
| Place the bananas, butter and brown sugar in the pie
plate. Place on the grill after you take your main meal off. Keep the grill on
at least 10 minutes. You will be able to tell when they are ready when they begin to look soft. If you have a gas grill, place on one side and keep the heat on medium on the opposite side. (Be careful because the gas grill can burn them up.) |
||
| Serve the bananas with a scoop of ice
cream on top. |
