Creamy Caramel Dip

Ingredients
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese softened
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup sour cream
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 cup cold milk
1 package (3.4 ounces) instant vanilla pudding mix
Directions
Beat softened cream cheese and brown sugar until smooth. Add the sour cream, vanilla, lemon juice, milk and pudding. Beat well. Cover and chill at least one hour before serving.
Suggestions
Great with sliced apples, pears, gingersnaps or chunks of pound cake.
