Easy Cheesecake

A cheesecake so simple anyone can make it!

1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 egg
1 tablespoon lemon or lime juice
1 graham cracker crust

Mix all ingredients and pour into crust. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 25 minutes, or until done in the center.

Pie can be garnished with strawberries, shaved chocolate, whipped cream or your favorite topping!
