Giant Apple Pancake
Donna Smith
Delicious and so simple to make!
Ingredients
1/2 cup flour
2 eggs
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup milk
1 apple, peeled and sliced
1/4 cup sugar
3 teaspoons ground cinnamon
Directions
Mix together the flour, eggs and milk.
In skillet, melt the butter and cook the apples until soft. Add sugar and cinnamon and mix well. Pour the flour mixture over the top.
Bake at 400 degrees F for about 20 minutes. Immediately invert on serving platter when done.
Suggestions
This would also be great served as a dessert with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.
