Light and Fluffy No-Bake Cheesecake

To top off a filling pasta meal, you need a dessert that's light and airy. This no-bake cheesecake fits the bill perfectly. Not only is it a cinch to throw together, it's melt-in-your-mouth delicious, too!
Ingredients
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup sugar
1 tub (8 ounces) whipped topping, thawed
1 ready-to-use graham cracker pie crust
Directions
Beat cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with wire whisk or electric mixer until well blended. Gently stir in whipped topping. Spoon into the crust. Refrigerate three hours or until set. Garnish as desired.
Suggestions
Variation:
Fluffy Cherry Cheesecake - Prepare and refrigerate as directed. Top with 1 1/2 cups cherry pie filling just before serving.
