| 1 cup coconut 1 cup chopped pecans 1 German chocolate cake mix 1 box of powdered sugar 1 stick of margarine 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened |
| Mix and press the coconut and chopped pecans into the
bottom of a 13x9-inch baking pan that has been sprayed with vegetable cooking
spray. Set aside. Prepare the cake mix according to package directions. Pour over the top of the coconut and pecans. Cream together the powdered sugar, margarine and cream cheese. Drop by spoonfuls over the top of the cake. Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes. |
