| Peanut Butter Snowballs by Donna Smith |
| No oven required for these treats! |
| 1 cup powdered sugar 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter 3 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened 1 pound white candy coating |
| In a mixing bowl, combine the sugar,
peanut butter and butter. Mix well. Shape into one-inch balls and place on
waxed-paper- or aluminum-foil-covered cookie sheets. Chill for at least 30
minutes. While they are chilling, melt the candy coating in the microwave in
one-minute intervals until it is melted and smooth. Using a spoon, dip the
chilled balls into the candy coating, coating completely. Place on waxed paper
until the candy coating hardens. |
||
| Be careful not to get any water in the
candy coating or it will not melt properly. |
