Pumpkin Pudding
Ingredients
1 package (3.4 ounces) instant vanilla pudding
1 can (12 ounces) evaporated milk
1 can (15 ounces) pumpkin
1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
Directions
With an electric mixer, beat the pudding and evaporated milk. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate 10 minutes. Fold in the pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Suggestions
Serve with a dollop of whipped cream and a dusting of cinnamon.
