Strawberries Arnaud
A decadent dessert from the famous Arnaud's restaurant of New Orleans.
Ingredients
2 pints fresh strawberries
Port wine
French vanilla ice cream
Whipped topping
Directions
Marinate the cleaned strawberries in the Port wine overnight in the refrigerator. Serve with a scoop of French vanilla ice cream and whipped topping on top. A sprig of fresh mint makes a nice garnish.
