Whole Wheat Cake

Ingredients
1 cup canola oil
2 cups dark brown sugar
3 cups whole-wheat flour
6 eggs
2/3 cup skim milk
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
Directions
Combine the canola oil, dark brown sugar, whole-wheat flour, eggs, skim milk and baking powder in a bowl. Beat well. Add the salt, vanilla and almond extract. Beat well again. Pour into a tube pan and bake at 300 degrees F for about 60 minutes.
