Blended Fruit Drink

Ingredients
1 cup low-fat, plain or vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup favorite juice (orange or pineapple work well)
2 tablespoons honey
1 cup sliced, frozen fruit (try berries, bananas or peaches)
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Pulse until smooth. Serve.
