Cafe Au Lait

2 cups strong coffee
2 cups milk
1/4 cup chocolate syrup
1/2 cup whipping cream
2 tablespoons creme de cacao
Dash of cinnamon

Heat the coffee, milk and chocolate syrup in a sauce pan. Remove from heat.

Whip the whipping cream. Fold in the creme de cacao and cinnamon.

Pour coffee into individual mugs. Top with a spoonful of the whipped cream.

Makes about 5 cups.
